Hahahahahaha, with how badly he keeps playing, how in the heck do people keep saying Lin will opt out of the 2nd year of his contract to cash in on the new cap money? "It's a no-brainer." Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Tinsane in the membrance. Many real rocket fans that were watching them before you were born in the 1990's are fans of lin. You are a fake fan and only brash lin and his fans to raise you acceptance of the man before you are a joker and self hating mutant.

you have no idea how the nba market works if you think lin, with all his worts, is being fairly paid at $2mm. also, you are still insufferable.

I don't see a real ball handler when he's there, so zero point.

I know I said I wouldn't return to this wretched thread, but for you LOFS, Lin Fans, out of respect, he did have a a good game against us. That's just the coach in me being fair. Props.

Now before you bash Harden, remind yourself of the caliber of players. James Harden is due for rough night sometimes, but he also can drop 40 on you like nothing, with enough Rozay and Henny to not effect him. I hope he gets his conditioning and mindset a bit more mature soon, but overall, I'm satisfied.

    He's played himself into shape.

Anyway, props to YOUR Jeremy Lin, but one good game is nothing in comparison to what James does as a complete player.

Without resentment, other than an idiotic series against Portland, he's found a good home. He'll never be a top-tier guard, and I'd estimate my best GCU player would destroy him, but I wish him all the best.

Before you clap back at me on some LIN ARMY stuff, I'm giving you credit for a good game. I'm just reminding you that any scout, expert, analyst will tell you that James' Talent >>>>Jeremy Lin. And, that's okay.

Come playoff time, I hope he matures and learns the team game. He's got a nasty vicious stretch 4 in Marvin and Batum is ready to be paid with those numbers. Charlotte has a bright future.

///With the exception of Big AL. You treat him like Hasheem Thabeet at times and he's got of the best touches around the rim. Any other coach would dstart him, allow the double team and spread Kemba Murder, Nic, Marvy and even Lin to create space. It's simple.

You will need a healthy serving of Big Al to advance, even if you offense doesn't want to give him touches.

The playoffs slow down. You'll need a post presence.

I saw the ColtFortyFive vitriol, but ignore it to save your energy. It's not worth it.

    All Love.

...but NEVER send Jeremy back here again. It will be the LA Riots but in Htown. :)

    Peace and Radiation burns! :)

Based on the time of your post, am I safe to assume you are drunk?

    1) if anyone thinks Lin is better than Harden, why are you even bothering with these idiots?

    and

    2) if you think your 'best GCU player would destroy him', then you belong in the same group as 1.

Hopefully that was just an embarrassing drunk post, and not reflective of what you'd post sober.

Agree that it wasn't a productive night for Lin. But the fact that he only took 3 shots while still getting 19 minutes should tell you something about the game plan. Only Al Jefferson got more minutes off the bench, and he only took 3 shots as well (also missed all 3). Walker took 18, Batum took 14 and Williams took 17, so it was clear the Hornets were looking for those guys to be the primary offense.

Very true. People are fans of Lin because he was an underdog who rose up and made an impact. Some are fans because we identify with him via race/ethnicity. And yet others are fans because we are Ivy Leaguers...

Drinking coffee. Sober as can be.

My allegation about my GCU player outplaying Lin is just an assumption of what he's able to do. It's an opinion.

Jeremy is skilled. I'll give you that, just like I gave him his props.

Still, he's a 2nd to third-tier guard with a home. He has good games a couple times a week and then disappears. With Thunder behind me, we have a strong, talented core.

    Just my coaching perspective.

And to be clear, I can't really drink under radiation. It defeats the purpose.

    I'm not Lhutz...the drunkenness isn't my deal.

    Peace.

So are you saying Lin fans aren't Asian? Since Asians are typically academically inclined and have the highest college graduation rate.

So you're saying Lin fans aren't Asian but other posters say you can't be Asian and like Lin or otherwise you're a LOF. So confused! Are Lin fans Asian or not?!:confused:

why are you comparing a player being paid the max, playing 40 minutes a game to a player being paid 2M/year?

LOFs are insufferable and have been for years. Years. Hahhahahahahahahahahaaaaaaa!

Also, I think you mean "warts", unless you're implying that Lin is some kind of fermented yeast.

Then why are there so many issues around "too many Asians" at US colleges/universities?

And why wouldn't Harvard folks not be fans of one of their own?
