Please. Do you honestly think that the mass media doesn't realize that their constant coverage of Trump is the primary driver behind his campaign? Trump won't admit it, but he loves the media, he wouldn't be anywhere close to what he is today if it weren't for the infatuation with him over the past 30 or so years in the media. Your studies in communications at Trump University may tell you otherwise, but it is in fact you and others like you who are being manipulated by Trump.
All the candidates are always aware of who's speaking when. It's likely that Clinton did it on purpose to NOT get coverage, since it was in the midst of the Michigan upset.
