I had opined that Brew would be traded and KJ would fill those minutes. I had opined wrong.

I have no clue what to think about the curious case that is KJMc as a Rocket.

For whatever reason they don't like him despite not really giving him a chance. And for some inexplicable reason they are willing to give Corey brewer a million chances despite his horrible play this year. Our problem isn't just with players and coaches it's worse than I thought it's with the entire organization.

This organization seems to snuff out talent rather than cultivate it.

When Corey Brewer has approximately 9 seasons of experience with mostly average production under his belt, coaches are going to hope he progress back to the mean.

Clearly the organization believes this squad has the talent to make it the 6th seed and it is reflected in the lineups, right or wrong.

Fear not, Brewer will for sure be traded before next season starts.

Kj is a boarderline NBA player imo.

He doesn't even stand out when he plays in RGV.

Sure he put up some decent numbers on philly but that team tries to lose by 30 every game. He's lucky he got that 3/10m deal. He is not worth it, the little I see of him nothing stands out other than he's a freak athlete.

As bad as Corey brewer is he's a much better option than KJ.

KJ is the back up QB whi everyone thinks is the savior. If he could play he would play its not like JB has some hate towards the guy. Even Harrell has gotten some minutes KJ struggles to get garbage minutes.

KJ flashes, but he can't shoot at all. It is only the most important skill in the game now that Silver and co. have systematically eliminated the big man from the game.

I feel like KJ is irritated, like many here, that Brewer is picking up all these minutes despite playing terribly.

Granted, KJ should just work hard all the time being a young player trying to make his way in the game. But from the team perspective, that's a salvageable asset that JB is pissing away IMO.

If at some point I had seen JB benching Brewer for Thornton I would get it but that never happened either. Maybe now that Beasley is on board we'll see it Brewer sit a little more.

Indeed. Waste of time if he was never going to get a legitimate shot.

KJ was the top rim defending SG in the league with Philadelphia. Now he just rots on the bench

How would you know how good he is we never gave the guy a chance. You know why Dmo got a shot? Because someone else was injured. He had to basically be the only guy left to get play time.

I think they might get it with KJ. Lots of potential, not a rotation player yet.
