    On Episode 6. Well worth a watch. As good as S1 and S2. Solid bounceback!!!

    Took a vacation day for it. So far, worth it.

    He was a journalist (worked with Kate Mara's character) back in season 2, who I think got carted off to jail.

    Can't remember more though; maybe try wiki'ing him?

    The very first scene was heart warming.

    An editor. Lover was a journalist that was murdered by Underwood.

    That whole ax story that Frank told was very chilling when he said how he would use it on Claire.

    Finished episode 5 last night. Loving the season so far, but it kind of weird how the episodes just abruptly end now. Wonder if there is a different direct or show runner

    Finished episode 5 this morning. So far so good.

    This season so far has been all about Claire doing her best Frank impersonation. I suspect that when it's all said and done that Frank will teach Claire exactly how much she still has to learn.

    So far....season has been very addictive....IMHO.

    I love how everything is based on ultra high gas prices and shortages. OOPS!

    I like how we've had high gas prices before and explicitly fought a war over natural resources within living memory of most adults, and that the writers of a global political show understand concepts like allusion and hypothetical scenarios.

    Most of this is supposed to be based on real life.

    Petrov = Putin
    ISIL = ICO

    So I am supposed to believe the events in the series could be happening. How could Russia be in bad shape needing capital investment with $175 dollar oil?

    Also spoiler, but global politics was about 10% of the season.

    I've one more episode to go.

    Will Conway's british wife is smokin'. At first, I thought it was the lead from the Blacklist.

    Absolutely love that Frank and Claire got back on the same page around ep 6 or so. That combo is potent.

    Nice rebound season so far. Ellen Burstyn has been so good in every scene she was in; I can't be the only one who thinks that, right?

    The ending where both Claire and Frank looked into the camera...

    Perfection.

    Just finished season 4. Gotta say, what an amazing season. They really got back to what this show is known for.

    Can't wait for season 5.
