in order:

don't fire morey... yet. give him this offseason to address this lackluster season.

harden obviously stays to lure durant, hoford, and other top fas.

see what changes the league makes in regard to hack-a-whoever and make decision on dwight.

hire a proven head coach.

keep harden and the young guys... trezz, dek (there has to be a reason why he was drafted in the first round), and capella while their contracts are minimal.

improve the rest of the roster by making everyone else expendable via trades.

Trust in Harden and Morey to make a great pitch, and we'll be fine.

 

1.You convince yourself that you will sign KD in the off-season when 20 other teams also have the cap to sign him.
2.You then convince Les that you are the greatest GM of all time pulling off Harden trade, Dwight & KD signing.
3.Continue to put terrible 3pt shooters in a flawed system and watch the ISOs happen.
