Cable is the son of Cyclops and a clone of Jean Grey.

The metal parts are from being infected with a techno-virus by Apocalypse. He's older because he was taken to the future to be raised (I believe because they had better technology to keep his virus in check), then came back to the present to kick ass.

They have a fun friendship.

Depends on the 14 year old. There are lots of references to alternative sexual behavior through out the movie including bondage, femdom, anal and so on.

 

pretty sure any 14 year old knows way more than us about pegging.

 

Completely exceeded every expectation I had. Excellent movie.

And loved the soundtrack as well. Great song choices.

 

Also there is a strip club scene with bare titz everywhere.

 

Oh no. That is so much worse than all the death and violence.

I never understood why americans are so afraid of sex and so into violence. Violence is no problem for a Child but if there is a naked person in the movie a kidd should nor watch it.

I've been going to rated r movies since I was 13. Beard game been on point.

 

Same way I felt. I really enjoyed it, had me laughing through out the film.

 

Saw it over the weekend with my wife. She's usually not into superhero movies, but she actually loved it. The comedy was timed perfectly, and the overall feel wasn't cheesy or contrived like I was initially afraid it would be. Ryan Reynolds was basically born to play the role.

 

I think 16 would be my cutoff.

You really have to wonder what kids have seen online though. I doubt many parents are as tech savvy as you.

 

Violence is everywhere, and in this case quite unrealistic. Sex is a complicated topic. I don't know at what age it becomes appropriate to watch Ryan Reynolds get ****ed with a strap-on.

 

It is a good movie, but really getting overrated no ? It wasn't spectacular.

 

There's nothing overrated about it. It's about to be the highest grossing R rated movie of all time. It's just not for everyone.

No I would not take a 14 y/o to see it. They can rent it at the video store when it comes out on VHS.

 

I think he meant overrated by the casual movie goer, which I would tend to agree.
