Jeff Green flourished on the Celtics playing for Doc Rivers. It's apparent that Doc only trusts certain guys and everyone else gets no opportunities (e.g. Josh Smith and Lance Stephenson). That said, I would bet that Green will get opportunity and likely put up better numbers than he did on the Grizzlies.

Most on the grizzlies board wanted to blow the team up, and it is pretty funny that even a grizzlies team that had played way under their potential was still a 5th seed in the west and better tha like 24 teams in the entire league.

The grizzlies can't beat: okc, spurs, warriors, or cavs. But anybody else would be hard press to beat the grizzlies and at full strength even those top tems would have problems beating the grizzlies.

I'm not included lance stephenson in what i said. The grizzlies before any trades were made were better than all but like 4 teams in a down year.

in fact i hope the grizzlies let lance walk next year. we don't need him on this team

Green is a multi-purpose player for the Clippers. He's capable of scoring ~20PPG if needed and will be a stop gap as Blake Griffin's replacement until Flight 32 comes back. Then after Blake is back, he will either slide into the 3 spot or provide scoring from the bench. Mbah A'Moute has been a solid defender in the 3 spot for the Clippers so it's likely Doc will stick with him with the starting 5. I mean, offense is not a problem with the starting lineup anyway.
