This was supposed to be a super "cold" winter. That obviously didnt happen. Guess we wont be seeing anymore cold weather this year :(

El Nino winters are really tricky. They are a great set up for moisture to over ride cold weather (none of that happened this year). The +PNA is a big part of the blame.

What's the long range forecast for the Summer with this El Nino? I read somewhere we might go straight into La Nina which would mean more drought.

110 degree summer days on the way!

This has been the lamest winter ever here in D/FW.

I feel like I've been ripped off. No ice or snow days is almost unheard of up here.

And, the forecasters totally blew it. Last time I give a crap what they think as far as winter forecasting.

Yep, it was predicted to be a dark (cloudy) and gloomy winter..... El Nino forecast fail.....(not that it was easy).

It's beautiful out side, but aside from maybe a few days in December I haven't had to wear a jacket.

I haven't really needed one either but I still wear them at every opportunity I can just so I can justify having them.

I got to use 2 of my wool blazers this year =(. F' this weather. It's fun walking around in 50 or 60 degree weather at 5pm, not 80 degrees.
