Anyway the coach saying such things and then the star player leaving the meeting saying he doesn't know how to fix the problems is alarming.

 

If it's Harden who said it, then he probably cannot say how he feels.

LOL, you can call me a fake fan but for the first time in the past 5-6 years I knew there was a Rockets game going on and didn't even bother to watch it or even check the box score.

same old story Harden and Howard play well everyone else ****in sucks. Brewer is straight garbage, Bev has been ass lately, Lawson LOL

 

Me either. This was probably the first time in years that I didn't even want to look. It used to be a compulsion, something I could not stop.

 

How is Lawson suppose to get in a groove or have any confidence at all.
He only played 9 minutes guys- 9 freaking minutes and Josh smith
gets only 6 minutes??? but when tJones is back hes getting 18-20 minutes

I dont understand JB rotations or minute distribution: HOw the hell
can you get going with 6 minutes of playing time? or 9 minutes for a former all star [point guard.. really.

 

Ty Lawson isn't a former all star or even top 10 pg. (even last year). And Jones isn't coming back so you don't have to worry about it anymore.
Lawson may not come back either.

So at least this problem is solved. Unless we trade for more scrubs and JBB continues his rotations.

 

Malakas- you are right- hes not the player he was previously- but if you only give him 9 minutes? How is he suppose to gain any confidence..

So you think we will trade Lawson and TJones? Who else do you see us trading?

 

What a sad state of affairs. It is difficult to watch this team. I'm a huge fan, I don't want hate on the guys, but the whole team is making me sick right now.

They are so talented that they can't help themselves and sometimes show glimpses of what could be.

 

you can single out plays regarding DH all you want. Until his wing players show that they can atleast hold their own nothing will change. All of this nitpicking irrelevant details you are trying to point out did not lose this game.

 

No I meant even the player he was previously wasn't all star caliber pg. With the depth of pgs in the league especially in the West Lawson was a tier lower than that.

Yeah I think we will trade them both.
It will be very interesting to see what Morrey does. The no.1 factor in negotiations is leverage. We have absolutely NO leverage. Almost every tradeable asset we have is at an all time low trade value.
Morrey is a fox. But this fox is right now cornered and fighting for his life (literally he could be fighting for his job). So let's see what the fox does.

That unfortunately sums up the whole season.

 

That probably won't happen, but neither will this sort of thing, which is that every Rocket fan who chooses to attend the Rockets' next hone game, which is two weeks from this Saturday, carry a paper bag with them, and put it over their head. The only thing is doing something like that would likely hinge on how they do on their three road games prior to that one, if anything.

 

Start Josh Smith and get him back in the flow of the offense. He just camps out at the 3pt line, which doesn't even make sense considering he's a below-average shooter.

 

Wow!!! I didn't know we played last night, thought we were playing tonight. After watching the recap it seems I didn't miss anything, get down then make a run only finally to lose the game. Ah well!!!

What did Terry's comments mean? Isn't he part of "that" group? His comments seem to imply he is not part of "that" group. And, that is chemistry disconnect right there. His comments are not helping anything.

From what I'm getting, the players are not a close knit group...which sucks because they used to do everything together back when we were winning. This just seems like a collection of players out for themselves...who don't even want to be around each other. That is not conducive to building team chemistry on or off the court.

 

Oh come now, everyone regressed except Harden?I think it would be helpful if you checked out Occam's Razor. Chances of every Rocket magically regressing disqualify that notion. There's almost certainly a more reasonable cause for all this crap.

The simple analysis is that there's a coaching problem, namely a lack of schemes (which the role players need). H&H are talented enough to make somewhat of an impact woithout, but the rest is just being let down by the lack of sound schemes.

As that would largely explain the complete regression of skills and matches with what we see this is much more likely than your crazy "everyone except James suddenly sucks".
