Not sure Morey has proven to be a great drafter.....he does great late first early 2nd, but when he has had a higher pick, he sort of whiffs.

I think I'm almost on board with firing Morey. He's made a mess of this team.

That is the more funny part..... He never had couple of Top 5 or Top 6 draft picks.

All we know he is not good with Top 14-28 first rounders

Morey is sweating bullets right now for sure. Les seems like a boss who would scream at you when he is pissed off. I wonder how many profanity-laden diatribes Morey has had to endure from Les this season.

Less is at also at this BS, he called the fired of McHale early in the season with no real back up plan, not Morey.

Now we stuck with a Horrible coach.

Whats the point of Morey to make a good trade if the coach going to screw the rotations.

Morey gave him Harrell, every time he play well, hi gets bench and see not time, I'm not expecting this assistant playing coach to know what to do with what Morey give him.

Morey had a vision of 3 superstars

The third never joined, the second declined, the first one is a big stats padder

Role players are a problem too but the least one. Cornerstone issue is greater.

been a big morey supporter, but think the time has come or is near. Sad, very smart guy, but he has 1 or 2 fatal flaws.

That's kind of a big deal all the elite teams outside of okc have drafted extreamly well in that range. You need to find atleast one starter level guy in that range IMO.

It's the same reason why I think Sam presti is not a good gm.

He drafted 3 of the top 10 players in the NBA all in a row and hasn't done anything since. He's going to be the reason okc looses Kd and Russ IMO.

Nah you're wrong, they've let many players walk that could've had them in championship shape. Owners are too cheap

    He should be yes because:
    1) he clearly undervalued coaching
    2) his philosophy is **** and he didn't get the players to run it
    3) any great coach will want more power than he's willing to give

Who have we let walk besides parsons which was a mistake.

But our drafting has been bad.

    That's fact.

Morey has not hit on one guy outside of parsons morris and maybe dmo who is even rotation worthy in 5 years.

He took Morris over kawhi Leonard

He passed on Bobby Portis for Sam deker

I mean that's just a few of his mistakes that would have the rockets in a lot better shape.

Ow yeah, and chasing that 3rd star didn't help. I mean, can u imagine this team having freaking Carmelo as another mental midget who just wants to shoot??

Bosh/parsons would have been nice that team could have made a serious run at the Warriors.

Yup nice fantasy... we would have been better

The Warriors have a nice core of 7-10 players

    We would have

Bosh, Howard, Harden, Parsons and still inconsistent Defense

You know that Morey has input on the coaching issue? It's his fault for keeping a staff that is completely incapable of implementing any real team philosophy and plays.

The staff issue is nonsense? They've been around for long and we still haven't seen any good offensive and defensive approach, no real system or plays, bad rotation and timeout calling, etc.
You say it's nonsense, what in the world do you see as positives for this current staff?

And no, I didn't mean Morey wants ISO all day. But the current problems are a direct cause of him not being able to assemble the right roster, especially shooting and defense-wise.

Morey ultimately is responsible for a lot of our issues and hoping for a better future isn't a real solution (Durant is a pipedream imo).
