he's not the best kind of coach but at least he knows when to yell at his players. unfortunatley for jones he needs to be yelled at every game.

 

Just ask them how interested they are to keep getting paid. Usually works too with less words.

It just shows you how low IQ Jones is and how he needs to be coached as a child. Not that there's anything wrong with being 25 year old with child's voice and IQ, but this is a man's league, better grow up fast or you're outta here.
