How many Clutch City fanatics does it take to match Cato's salary? Any guesses... I wish Otto Moore were young again; he's the most under-rated Rocket center of all time. ------------------ Time is a great teacher-- only problem is it kills all its pupils. PowerbizOnline.com
Cato is injury prone. It's just one thing after another, being susceptible to injuries is a lot like being a fringe player-it's not so much your fault that you're too short, or too weak, etc. to make it, it's just the way it is. Ilgauskas in Cleveland is the same way. We've been saying "when he gets healthy, when he gets healthy" for 1 1/2 years now, he hasn't shown the durability to make it well through a season. Some injuries are freak accidents, like Googs' leg getting rolled in, tearing up his ACL (and MCL?). You can make that argument for Cato's high ankle sprain (which took him fairly long to heal-his return was supposed to be sooner, and a similar injury to Kobe Bryant in the Finals only took him out a couple of games). Cato's torn rotator cuff came in a game where he played around 10 minutes. When healthy this year (what, all 4 games?) Cato hasn't exactly shown much to get excited about. He's highly unmotivated, and we can not figure him in as our center for the future. It's time to look at other possibilities, Cleveland did. ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
the Chronicle still has Cato listed as injurred for tonight's game against ORlando. Does that mean we will hve to wait for Cato Time? Has anyone heard when Cato will actually play? ------------------ "I think the people who believed the world was flat were pretty stupid.
