They are only one of two teams that currently use green as primary color. Whereas red is used by more than half the league. You can make something simple and clean looking while adding small details that give it originality and distinctive look. To each their own, but for me sen's concept ticks all boxes. Original detail, and cleanlooking.
Gold should be limited to the trim if at all. If the Heat had not existed, I wish the Rockets to go with the fire theme. Since that is not possible, they should go with space again: black (space), red (comets, heat), blue & white (stars & light), but more subtle.
Anything better than our current font. Looks like it's vanilla coloured, am I seeing that correctly? I like the xmas lettering, first time the NBA have actually nailed the overall design. Our stripes and shoulders still makes it look bad though.
they've been selling these at First Colony Academy since September, which is odd before they even announced them personally like the sleeved version better
Minor tweaks here and there aren't cutting it. The Rockets need new jerseys. Period. Current ones are dull/outdated. We've had the current ones for over 10 YEARS. While it seems other teams change theirs every other year. Been asking for new jerseys for a while now. Bring back the old ketchup/mustard jerseys if anything. It's well overdue.
Doubt change comes anytime within the next 3 years when Nike takes over. Even then, i doub't LES wants change. He had every player telling him they want new uniforms for the past 3 years and still all we got was sleeve update, and hideous alternate uniforms. I think Les is dead set on this being our brand identity. It's so outdated looking from the 2000's when everyone was moving away from the cartoony 90s and trying too hard to look modern. Why can't we just go with something simple?

Our jersey's now with the new cut is perfect, its a timeless design. Why should they change it just to look like everyone else. I understand alternate jerseys but our current uniform is perfect
We have the #1 worst jerseys in the league seriously who pays money for that clown outfit trash. The only thing we had going was our Houston alts but they just haaaad to get rid of em /salt
I have no problem with the jerseys, I don't get the b****ing, they are at least unique Most of the ones proposed in this thread are dull and generic. The cut has been fixed on the current model, I am totally fine with them The alternates on the other hand are horrible.
You must not be very old if you think the current jerseys are "clown outfit trash". See 1995-2003 Jerseys.
Now that we have the new cut on our jersey's, I really don't mind them. I will say that our Christmas uniforms that were all white (no gray) looked SOO MUCH BETTER!! I immediately thought it, and without saying anything my entire family was talking about how nice are jerseys looked. Take out the gray, really bothers me that it could look so clean with only white.
Also, bring back the old alternate. It was our best jersey. The sleeved 'clutch city' doesn't do it for me. Wish we could have the best of both, but if I had to choose between them, I'd go with the sleeveless.
