all you Lin obsessed fans in here can't even post his game highlights? smh.... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/m-ZlGgI1aUs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Wow, how can someone cram so much stupid into just one sentence? What does being on a lottery team have to do with comparing stats? He is #3 overall in blocks by pgs and #1 per 48mins. See, you can make the comparison with good players. Oh, btw, the 2 pgs with more blocks per game are on lottery teams, not sure what difference that makes but seems important to you. It's sad that you needed to "snicker" after writing something so idiotic.
another Lin's game highlights from LIN Long <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FYFp7uQ9W-I" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> check out his youtube channel for more of Lin's games highlights.
How would you know either side, unless you to grow up in that similar life? Tinsane is the worst of them all...a self hater.
Lin fans now need to direct their anger at Isaiah Thomas for disrespecting him. http://www.masslive.com/celtics/index.ssf/2016/01/boston_celtics_isaiah_thomas_t_1.html "So I'm not going to lie, I do see it. I don't (get frustrated) because the voting is a popularity contest. No disrespect but you've got guys like Jeremy Lin getting a lot of votes. I can't do nothing about that. It is what it is when it comes to the voting part. But hopefully the coaches give it to me."
Isaiah Thomas is almost at Cosmets level of stupid. You give all of Jeremy Lin's to Isaiah Thomas, you still don't beat out John Wall and Demar Derozen. In other words, the math doesn't add up! You're not making the ASG. Sour grapes <blockquote class="imgur-embed-pub" lang="en" data-id="HH4xAnc"><a href="//imgur.com/HH4xAnc">View post on imgur.com</a></blockquote><script async src="//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js" charset="utf-8"></script> <blockquote class="imgur-embed-pub" lang="en" data-id="a/YRiby"><a href="//imgur.com/a/YRiby">dsafasdf</a></blockquote><script async src="//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
well he's currently the starting PG for a team above .500 in the playoffs with not much talent on the team. He's also averaging 21pts and 6 assists. On paper it doesn't seem like too far a stretch to say he at least deserves all star considerations. Would you still feel the same way if it was Lin as the starting PG on the Celtics and averaging 21+ pts and 6 assists a game on a winning team? I'm sure you would be up in arms if he's not an allstar.
Isaiah is having a solid year for a fringe playoff team, but I count six guards who have more votes than Lin and Thomas combined. He was not getting voted in with or without Jeremy Lin taking his votes.
agreed but you didn't answer my question.. would you be singing the same tune if it was Lin leading the Celtics to a .500+ record while averaging 21 / 6 a game? I'm sure you would be on here ranting how he deserves to a all star.
Agreed 21 ppg and 6 assist is all-star worthy statistics. Reminds me of Marbury and Steve Francis type numbers. However, he threw another player under the bus and when he does, he opens himself up for criticism. The criticism being, even if he had all of Lin's votes he wouldn't have gotten in anyways.
nah, thomas is just salty because hes a tiny man To be an Allstar IMO you have to be able to dribble, and Lin cant no BUENO
Well an intelligent poster probably understands the implications of being a back up on an inferior team and the fallacy of inflating stats on a per 48 minute basis as a measure of anything relevant. Unfortunately, you failed.
You've conveniently ignored all of my questions. Questionable racist tendencies CosmetsWins. They don't call you BOF for nothing.
Lin couldn't dribble a few year ago. Now he's no longer completely unable to dribble. Ability to dribble has no direct correlation with minutes. Lin's becoming a pretty decent defender for instance. That keeps him in the game, not his dribbling ability.
Charlotte had to make do with what they could. Lin has a handle but not at an elite level. He is definitely barely average after being very below average in that area.
