    Yeah, it's true. There is a very tiny subset of vegetarianism that considers themselves raw foodists. And, as always, it is currently a fad among L.A. celebrities who will try anything to stave off the inevitable ravages of Father Time.

    I think raw food does have benefits in short bursts -- maybe as a type of cleansing diet for a couple of weeks (especially after a period of over-indulgence). However, it is an extremely difficult diet to stay on for an extended length of time.

    I am starting to eat alot of sushi now though, am I betraying my roots?

    We should kill all the lions, tigers, and wolves to reduce animal suffering. I wonder how do those animals tatse? where is the drooling smiley when ya need it?
