Just go run in the park. Nowadays most of them have pull up bars. You can also do pushups and tricep exercises easily. Bodyweight fitness is great. A good chunk of people I see at the gym are either on their phone half the time or are there for social hour.
Well yeah, thats why i didnt want to invest in expensive, new equipment by the chance that i quit. And youre right its a mentality thing too.
Does anyone have at least a door pullup bar, maybe i could begin there? Like the best type or brand... since there are so many.
I have a sex swing. You can grab on to the straps and use it as a pull-up bar. Can also do crunches from it.
You can't lift and not build mass. Also you are going to want to build mass, because once you cut you will realize how tiny and skinny your frame can get without a decent muscular build.
Looking for a cheap, used recumbent bike. Doesn't need to be fancy, just fairly sturdy because I do interval training. Trying to save myself from driving all the way to the gym 4 times/week for 35-40 mins of cardio.
I already have a muscular build. I used to lift before. Theres just layers of fat over it now. I want to drop at least 30 pounds. Thats my goal.
More BroScience! Try eating less food. The money you save on groceries will buy all the exercise gadgets and gym memberships you want.
You can if you don't eat enough. Whether you build mass or lose weight when lifting depends entirely on your diet.
