I'm pretty sure that Kevin's remaining salary payment requires some sort of NDA. I think that's the reason for his wife's twitter account being deleted.
Play 1: Give Harden the ball move out the way Play 2: Give Harden the ball, move to the corner & wait for a pass Play 3: Give Harden the ball, set a pick It seems to me some on here are delusional. The Rockets don't run plays fam. They have a free flowing offense where the ball ends up back in Harden's hands 95% of the time. Watch other teams compared to what we run. James Harden IS our offense and if he doesn't score 30+ we lose. Pay attention
Not necessarily - he was fired, he doesn't have to sign anything and the contract was probably guaranteed money. It doesn't do any good to back talk the org, and you know they will be pissed that their dirty laundry is getting out, so it will die down. No one should be surprised though. DD
apart from the possible NDA, james is a top 5 player in this league and one of the most popular amongst his peers. unless mchale plans on retiring for good now, burning bridges by publically throwing such a player under the bus is just plain dumb.
I agree with this post. The organization made an impulse move. You should listen to Zach Lowe's recent podcast that sheds another perspective on the situation though. They think it only shows that management has high expectations and when they sensed (internally knew) that McHale lost the team, something needed to be done. The whole thing is rooted in the team's shooting and poor effort/defense though.
It was a "joke"

Made a joke. Caused a stir. Husband laughed. Went viral. A joke? LOL - WTF ever, SUUUUUUURRRRRREEEE it was a joke. That is why it took so long to get that out there....and you deleted your tweet - probably had to negotiate this behind the scenes so KM didn't lose his future monies owed. The only JOKE is that she even tried to respond....we all now the truth. DD
she publicly insulted the girlfriend of the team's star player. whatever we all think of khloe k, it was just plain stupid to do that in front of all the league's players.
i don't see how attacking players' family or significant other is ok, and as popular as james is with probably 90% of the players around the league, it just makes mchale look really bad
