I know we (Coogs) have a slim to none chance of winning, but I hope we raise some eyebrows and make it competitive...

I believe were in much better shape that if we put last years team/coaches...Briles offensive system is similar to TT and I think it'll be closer than anyone thinks...

Another plus (or minus) is that it'll be on ESPN at 11 a.m. CST tomorrow...Wish us luck...

    Go Coogs!!!

What's important is not that you win, but that you come within 28.5 points of winning.

I'm glad it's on TV. Keep it close, Coogs.

I am thinking that UH can cover that number... have been thinking about it all wekk, but was waiting for someone else to admit thinking the same thing.

Last year Michigan beat Utah 13-10 AT HOME... Since Michigan had a great game last week, there may be a chance to overlook UH...

    Anyone agreeing? Disagreeing?

Also taking TAMU -9 1/2.... Still thinking about the Texans game...

i'll be shocked if UH can put up more than 7 points

Michigan has a poor defense and a Great offense. I would take the 28 1/2 just for the fact that I don't think Michigan will stop many times.

UH is also starting a true freshman QB. It's going to be ugly.

Yeah, he does have that going against him, but in his first game he looked promising (even though it was Rice). 17 of 22 for 250 yards 2 TD's O INT. Go Coogs! Keep it Close.

I went to that game. He looked pretty good, but resorted to running too much. You can't depend on your QB to be a running back. Also, I like Rice -- they are one of our home teams. But, they were really, really, really, bad.

    Go coogs!

I believe there is no return game (Michigan coming to Houston) so UH is being paid to play in Ann Arbor. Almost all programs pay their opponents unless it is an even deal (1-1, 2-2, etc). UT has a 4-2 deal with Rice (for every two games in Austin, UT will play in Houston). I heard Reliant is paying Rice $1 million to move this year's game to Reliant Stadium.

A friend of mine transfered to U of H. He plays linebacker for them. I told him to hit Chris Perry in the mouth and make him cough up the football.

Lets go Coogs, probably no chance of winning, but they can definetly earn a little respect this game.

Who am I kidding, Michigan will more than likely destroy them.

You've got about 20 minutes to get in on the Trader_Jorge super parlay card:

    Parlay1
    Houston vs. Michigan over 55.5
    Air Force -370 vs Northwestern
Texas Tech -640 vs New Mexico
    Texas A&M -450 vs Utah
Notre Dame -270 vs Washington State
    Payout: $1 - $3.75

    Parlay2
    Miami -13.5 vs Florida
    Miama vs Florida over 52.5
    Payout: $1 - $2.60

Depending on how the Michigan game goes, I may step up and put some money on Oklahoma tonight as well.
