The XMen that everyone loves was the All New Uncanny Xmen [Storm, Wolverine, Colossus, ShadowCat and NightCrawler and Banshee] once they established the brand they tried to bring back the dorking *****ty Xmen no one loved and had been cancelled [Cyclops, Jean, Iceman, Beats and Angel] Xforce was originally a vehicle for the 'original' Xmen no one liked to begin with then denigrated into the Leifeld crapfest The Movie COULD BE good but I have doubts Cable started as an old man but now he looking younger than Cyclops. Rocket River
I think X-Force was co-created by Liefeld. And I'm not here defending the guy but he did create Deadpool which looks to be the best Fox/Marvel movie to date. X-Force has always had a different feel than the main X-Books and for that reason I enjoy them. Notably the modern runs by Kyle & Yost, and especially Uncanny X-Force by Remender.
You're not thinking of X-Force, you're thinking of X-Factor. X-Factor introduced Apocalypse and Mr. Sinister. And Archangel. That team merged into X-Men Blue & Gold, Havok/Polaris/etc took over X-Factor. The new X-Force is popular and includes Wolverine, Deadpool, Archangel I believe. But I have no clue about it.
Xman was Cable in an alternate timeline. All this **** is convoluted honestly. The whole Summers'/Grey family is stupid.
Is that the Native American Indian guy from DOFP that had no powers but to look far ahead for enemies? He was pretty useless in that movie. I hope they give him more powers this time... at least the ability to dance with wolves.
I dont mind a new super hero movie out once or twice a year, however it has become an epidemic. The first iteration has always been pretty good, Xmen, Transformers, Avengers, ect.., however their sequels have been terrible. The constant reboots have also helped ruin this genre. Now we have nearly 10 TV shows all revolving around super heros. Im personally burnt out. It seems people prefer quantity over quality.
You clearly haven't seen Daredevil or Jessica Jones. They're both some of the highest rated shows available. Anyway to each his own. Some are better than others (the films) but I find them all entertaining. I don't watch any of the TV shows with the exception of Netflix's Marvel Series. I think in general the other TV shows (Marvel and DC) are really formulaic or just plain stupid...looking at you Gotham. Legends of Tomorrow actually looks interesting, but I'll be shocked if it actually is good.
I'm kinda skeptic of Jessica Jones. Heard it was Daredevil but for moms. Meaning it's daytime soap opera BS. Are there any fight scenes in Jessica Jones at least?
...who told you that? Of course there are fight scenes. Her and Luke Cage's power consists of super strength, of course they punch people. I loved Daredevil, but Jones was a better season.
Daredevil was pretty good. I haven't watched jessica Jones. If its the Arrow formuala of 100lb girls kicking trained assassins ass, I doubt I will like it. That said, Gotham is much better than most of the super hero shows out there.
If Daredevil was nothing like Arrow, I don't know why you would assume Jessica Jones is. You should watch the trailer for the show. It seems like you wrote it off without looking into it at all.
