Let's break this down a wee bit. Anyone who subs for Harden won't be first off the bench, nor get more than 12 mpg. What you are actually saying is we should go small with PG, Harden and Thornton early and often. No? And indeed, as I showed, Thornton main minutes are in a 3 guard lineup. But how often do you want to do that. How are you going to make Thornton first off the bench without going small as a main rotation?
How many minutes do you want Harden to play without a PG? What do you say to the ppl who say we need to keep working in Lawson?

Harden is the ****ing PG, no one else has the danged ball - Bev is not a PG, he is a defensive minded SG who is too small to play there. Since Harden is not going to give up the ball, then get more players in there that can shoot the shots he creates. Thornton over Brewer every single day of the week and twice on Sundays. DD
Amen again! Btw Harry's minutes could be reduced as well. Bottom line Thorton is shooting and can create more effectively than Brewer and Terry not to mntion Beverly.
I don't think JB is an idiot , therefore there is something thorton is not showing in practice . Brewer has been benched before so it's not that we are unwilling to bench him . Thorton must lack knowledge of team defensive schemes or something like that .
I never said Harden isn't a primary play-maker. But he also does not cover PGs in our rotations. But you answered my question. You want to go small early and often by subbing Ariza for Thornton, and you want to sub Thornton for Bev, too. Thus, you want to give Thornton much more than 20 mpg. You also seem to say no Lawson as well. I'm trying to figure out your rotation. Since you say no Brewer and don't mention how you would use Lawson. If you can, please slow down and try to be more specific. How many minutes do you want Thornton and Lawson to get?
