I'm trying to get Rockets fans here on CC to start getting games together. Like a bunch of poster meeting at a court for a pickup games... I want get people to do that once or twice and then when the court is built downtown, we can start meeting there. Steve said he wanted to frequent the court and I thought I heard about other players saying the same. Thought it would be a good start and if we could get it going, maybe word could spread and people from the rockets would drop by eventually. i know a place in katy where we can play, its a police station with volleyvall courts and basketball courts
I like that place too. I used to play there on wednesdays before I started up at the Houstonian and the blondes that play volleyball there will make you bite your tongue! lol But those courts are too open ( not covered - double rimmed - ect...) I'm talking about a covered court that is kept up with. I don't want an indoor court cause I can get that anywhere if I want to pay. Plus a "chip in for court rental" thing never works out when you are first trying to get something going. That's why Cypresswood would be perfect... Tonaaayyyy, what area are you from?
