    Let me just reiterate...

This trade is very likely made up. The site in question has never gotten a trade correct that I can remember. It is entirely possible that they saw the rumor on the ESPN boards or the re-post of it here and ran it.

Doesn't anyone else find it conincidental that the story showed up right after we dismissed it from this board as and ESPN board fantasy rumor?

    It isn't.

actually, that link is the original that Clutch pulled before he locked the other thread. It predated the other thread with a date of 8/31.

    Yes........Basketball.com is a BS site....

    Yes........Its probably a rumor................

    But.................................

Harrington is on the Block for Indy.......

And Mobes is on the block for the right price for us..........

    So...............It could happen...its not unreachable

And its a doable trade that helps all involved

Yes...Bird did say Jamaal is his starter...but to get a player like Mobley from us...he knows he would have to up the ante a little, because if he offered Harrington alone or straight up we'd tell him to go screw his self

But if you throw in Jamaal we think about it........we would have the upper hand in this trade....nobody gets raped so it could happen

All that bein said, I'll end it like this

ITS THE SUMMER AND I'M BORED OUT OF MY MIND SO, YES I'M MAKIN LONG REPLIES TO RUMORS BECAUSE THERES NOTHIN BETTER TO TALK ABOUT

THATS WHAT MY SUMMER HAS COME TO,
    (isnt that sad) :D :) :(

He doesn't have any creditability issues what so ever.......

I get so damn tired of hearing Cat being moved for the sole purpose of switching Steve to the two. What sense do that make? We have a all-star point guard and all you hear is that he needs to play shooting guard at 6'3. He is not Allen Iverson, he is a YOUNG, athletic point guard that needs a structured system.

Maybe they would move Cuttino to the point. He started there and that has been discussed here before.

Because you have to give to get....

they have a serious hole at the 2......with Reggie Miller in decline.....they need a scorer to start and bring Reggie off the bench...awesome rotation for them

    Well said.

The thought of 6'3 Stevie and his matador defensive style at the 2 just scares me.
