I'm personally convinced that http://www.homestarrunner.com is easily the most entertaining work-friendly website on the Internet, and I'm curious to see if it's as popular around the nation (or world) as it is around here. My friend in Austin thinks it's the best animated comedy to hit since the Simpsons. What do y'all think?
Dude, that site is freaking hilarious. Easily one of the most entertaining sites out there. In fact, while my wife and I were chilling on the cooler out by The Stick, I told her about this thread. Now she won't stop quoting it! Beleated.
Ever since someone showed me Trog Dor, that site has been my site for funny...stuff. Most of the people I know know about the site and love it. I may be being a bit too much into it. I'm starting to put Trog Dor on any birthday card I make on the computer and I even have a Trog Dor-like dragon that my friend made in paint. If only SB would do "A Well Thought-Out Engilish Paper" for me.
Strong Bad emails rule my Mondays... My personal favorites: Dragon (all-time classic!) - http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail58.html Techno (I get this song stuck in my head all the time) - http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail45.html Japanese Cartoon (very funny) - http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail57.html The Process (I watched this like 6 times in a row when it came out) - http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail79.html
I didn't realize until about a month ago that there is a boatload of extra stuff in SB's emails if you just move your mouse around and check for stuff to click on. I plan to go back some day and check all the other emails for any goodies that I missed.
If you press the Tab button while you watch the StrongBad emails, things you can click blink yellow. I just got done going through them a second time to catch everything.
And sometimes, if you wait a few minutes, something else will happen...aw man, I forgot exactly how he says it. Just watch the process email. Took me a few to learn that one. One time I just left my computer and came back and things were different.
Yeah, I picked up on that a few emails before Process too. I check each one very thoroughly now for any potential easter eggs.
