Yeah, the stuff is great (although a little pricy).

It lasts a while too, and it better at $13/bottle. And yes, it does give a nice wet look and all the chicks will wanna touch it (although I'm told that most females don't like my hair, while I and my male friends LOVE it. Odd.). I look foolish with any other style, and I kind of look like Yao without washing it when I wake up the next morning.

Now it (the hair, you sick bastards) stays up on its own.

Woo hoo! I finally reached the 20th Century (of posts)!!!

amen to that. this is by far the strongest gel i have ever used.

however, this might be too strong. if you can get your hair up with something weaker, id suggest that. my hair is very stubborn and theres nothing else that works for me.

Loreal Studio Clean Gel - strong hold. Been using it for the last 4 years or so. Works well because it's not sticky and doesn't leave flakes.

Yeah, I used that before the glue.

It was alright, but it wasn't that great for spikes. I also used Redken Hardwear. It was a little more sticky than Loreal.

I also have Spiker Colorz. I use very very very little of the 'red', so the hair has a copper hue.

I knew a person a couple years back who used actual Elmer's glue for his 'mohawk' of sorts. Worked fine. Essentially, all the ICE wicked grip is is a more expensive, less-liquidy glue.

They got a $1 million advance from Random House already. The book should be out by February. Who knows if they'll still be popular by then though.

This stuff is AWESOME! I've been using it for about 15 months and I've only been through 1.5 bottles. It really just depends on how much you want to dilute it. Whatever the case may be, the best hair gel I've ever used. Also, you can pick it up at places like Mastercuts.

    Hair gel???
    Mousse??

    What are yall?
    A bunch of girls?
    ;)

I havent used any hair product to make my hair lay down since the late 60's when I was under the age of 6.

I will however admit to using a small amount of hairspray when I had big hair in the mid 80's.

Hey Manny...what kind of hairgel do you use?

    :D:p

Well, it's pretty short, so I don't need a lot...plus I only spike it up in the front..the rest just kinda goes crazy. I usually squirt about half a dime's worth of it on my palm and then splash some water on my hands. Rub it in real good, then apply to hair, front to back.

Keep in mind, I'm a hat guy...so I probably only comb my hair 4-5 days a week, or less.

    Cheers!

    www.edirectory.co.uk

    www.hqhair.com

seem to have the products I am after. I bought some American Crew Fiber today and it's quite good. Extremely good hold.
