I'm pretty sure JB will be given a chance unless the team really struggles over the next month. I'm talking worse than they did under McHale. But already they're playing harder than they ever did in the first 11 games. They're only .500 under JB, but they don't have any embarrassingly bad blowout losses like they were racking up when McHale was here. Let's be honest. They would never have won either the Portland or NY games under McHale. Hell, even Philly would've been a longshot.

Fire him already. It doesn't make ANY sense to only fire McHale, but keep the rest of the coaching staff. It wasn't McHale's fault. Bring in a disciplinarian.

Why fire McHale but not his minions.

Need a real head coach man. I mean it's cool they wanted to give him a chance but it's obvious he isn't the answer. I think they're gonna keep him on to keep from having to pay someone else when they're still paying Mchale

the offensive system simply does not work. teams pack the paint and we pass around the perimeter aimlessly. these players need a new direction.

Clap, Clap, Clap...so where's the fool proclaiming JB to have the highest winning % of all Rockets coaches, that he "looks" better while coaching...and ignorantly saying that proves how easy it is to out coach McHale?

Clap, clap, clap...yes where is that fool?

I would not be in the least surprised at a Rockets loss to LA next up.

Yep, all we needed to do was fire McHale and happy days would be here again...so where are those happy days now?

All that begins with McFail needs to end with McFail. That includes his incompetent coaching minions especially the immature and unprofessional JB Bickerstaff. Our head coach is acting like a "bro" and buddybuddy with the players as seen as Dwight's gatsby party. If the rockets truly want to elevate then he needs to go.

There better be a legitimate reason for not playing Thornton

Idiotic to fire the worst coach in NBA in McFail and then retain his assistant of 4 years

JBB has learned all bad habits of coaching from McHale so it is stupid of Morey to just think he can somehow forget those bad habits developed under the worst coach in Rockets history in McFail

Fire this coach for not playing thornton over brewer and terry. He also seemed very nonchalant after the loss to the kings during the post game interview.

I am neither defending nor attacking Bickerstaff after but a few games as I feel it is unreasonable to do so. However, I would point out this. We had ongoing fire JVG threads, then ongoing fire Adelman threads, then ongoing fire McHale threads, and now a fire Bickerstaff thread. I'm just glad you guys aren't my boss. The funny thing is we are back to wanting to hire JVG again (recycle the fire JVG threads). Wash...rinse...repeat.
