    Wow, Hidalgo's a monster. He beat the Toy Cannon for OF assists. Congrats to Dalgy are in order. GO DALGY! (I didn't see this anywhere else, but if it has been posted already, please excuse me...)

    Astros.MLB.com's Alyson Footer reports Houston Astros OF Richard Hidalgo recorded his 21st outfield assist of the season Wednesday, Aug. 27, breaking the team record set by Jimmy "The Toy Cannon" Wynn in 1968.

    Doggy has been great this year both in the field and at the plate. I really think he's been the most consistent performer.

    You really have to hand it to him. He's really stepped it up, and has played with alot of heart all year.

    Hidalgo has been the one constant this year for the Astros. Everyone else has been on and off. Hopefully our offense will start to click... soon
