Wesley Mathews is going to be huge for Dallas in the playoffs.

    Dirk never ages.

Deron Williams is literally ballin. I wish we could have got him.

Deron Williams is making Ty Lawson look like a scrub who shouldn't be in the league. Good pick up for Dallas.

They are not that bad. They are well coached, compete hard and their defense is solid considering they don't have good 1 on 1 defenders outside of Matthews.

its hard to say a team is bad when they have a winning record and 2 of the 3 best players are still recovering from injury and do not play every game and have a minute limit

Dallas will be the eight seed I think. 42-45 wins for them. Not a contender but considering Dirk is near the end, the Deandre saga, and they will most likely lose their first round pick to Boston; they are making the best of their situation.

zaza has a double double in what 8 games in a row now lol so the Deandre saga worked in their favor, because it also allowed them to get D Will, and mcgee who when he has played has been great, so the deandre thing oddly enough worked well for dallas because idk if mavs could recover from a hack a jordan gameplan...Chandler has not played more than 25 minutes and that just started he was playing just the first half for a long time. and wes matthews is just getting his legs back. I think they are at least a 6 seed unless someone important goes down.

For those that say "Coaches don't matter!" just look at Dallas. He's getting the most out of that team. We were saying Deron Williams was done, but he's not. He's back paired with an elite coach just like he was in Utah and playing up to his talents.

Players come to houston and play DOWN to their talents. I bet if Dallas had Ty Lawson he'd look a lot better too.

I am not saying it will happen at all, but imagine if Dwight does came to dallas if he leaves Houston...I am curious what Coach Rick can do with him. He has made a lot of over the hill players good again (D will, charlie v, j.j. barea, devin harris, jason terry, zaza, marion, richard jefferson, amare stoudemire, vince carter, sam dalembert, mike james, brendan haywood, deshawn stevenson, peja, jason kidd, stackhouse.....I can keep going haha) but coaching is a lot more important than people think.
