Beats the Knicks in OT without Carmelo Anthony ...

    Just finished watching the game.

Happy for the win, but Harden had some real knucklehead moments at the end of OT... Up by three with 10 seconds left and he puts up a contested 3-pointer? WTF?!

    That's just dumb basketball.

Rockets on a two game win streak but neither of those games really felt like much of a win. I guess that's what happens when you struggle to beat scrub teams.

A win is a win, though, so I'll take it

Carmelo is more of a ball stopper and hogger. Who wasn't worried about Affalo and company? I thought Affalo might have dropped 60 tonight.

Regrets choosing thread title as screen name.

Does It only show up as V? Half of a W. Or should it say U since one U is half a double U? Also, we have no D-Mo. Nor do we have a permanent head coach for that matter. But hey, only whatever makes us look bad makes the cut.

Rockets have defied Lawler's Law twice these past two games.

Even took it to the extreme tonight with the Knicks shooting 50+ %.

Would love to hear what Morey has to say about this.

Houston are 5-0 when Harden takes 25 shots or more

Great win:eek: that dunk that D12 had over the 7 ft rook- BRILLIANT

Harden and pat played great (save from boneheaded plays from the beard).

Thornton was a badass too. Capella doing good too.

Ariza's Putback slam was nice and his 3 pt shot:eek:

Capela has reached that point that dmo hit last year where he can throw up twenty and you barely notice cus it just seems normal. I love that

they shot a better % and out-rebounded us,,, and lost, haha.

the turnovers killed the knicks (which also means our defense is improving a little).

not much else was new, though...

i re watched the last 5 min and 4q and on. Harden had some really bad basketball IQ decisions on shots.

harden hero ball is not good.

he constantly holds the balls until 6 seconds on the clock is left and either A. shoots it or B. passes it at the last second to a team mate who is forced to jack up a crazy shot

its ****ing ridiculous and he needs to be called out on it.

had thornton and ariza not made those 3's we would have lost, and he would have totally been flamed on this thread for losing us the game.

when he's missing, he does not need the ball in his hand

The kind of stuff that never comes into discussion for championship teams like the Warriors or Spurs.

"Like oh my gosh Kelly, we didn't have James Michael McAdoo and Steve Kerr is in the hospital, that's why we almost lost to Brooklyn!"

Last season Harden's hero iso ball was cold blooded BOMB dropping dager time. Buzzer beaters, game winners and important late game shots where made.

This year it's cringe and nervously hope for a miracle shot or bail out foul. Turnovers and bricks are made.

Bill is fed up with it and rightfully so.

No Lawson, less Brewer, give us a much better chance to win a game, good job coach!
