I'd venture to say, then, that there are very few "Lin only fans". And to dedicate as much time to battling them as you do is a waste of time.

fans and coaches of both teams agree that Lin is not in their future.

that doesn't correlate to anything that's going on now.

the rockets went to the conference finals without lin. the lakers sucked last year and they suck this year cause kobe is too old and the roster is not good.

has nothing to do with coaching.

Yes, so why harp on Lin's TO's so much? Even when he was with Houston, most Rockets fans that I know acknowledged that when Lin had a lot of turnovers, it was usually the result of his being very aggressive...and this generally meant that he was playing well. It was when he had few/no turnovers that fans complained that he was being too passive.

my allen iverson analogy? cause allen iverson during his mvp year led his team to the nba finals and was prolific scorer. he also showed he was a leader,
don't see any bible verses on twitter when things go wrong

On the contrary, the Hornets had a 4 game winning streak, and in three of those games, Lin got 29+ minutes each game and got to close each one of them out (in the win over the Wizards, he only got 15 minutes, but that was more because of foul trouble than anything else, and he still got to close out the game).

The main thing to notice is that Jeremy in general is playing with a lot less hesitation this season...he is much happier because the coaches and teammates treat him with respect, and he is not always having to look over his shoulder like he did in LA and Houston. His teammates give him kudos in post-game interviews and media sessions as one of the keys to their improvement this season, and the coaches let him work through his mistakes without yanking him.

Are there some Lin fans who want to see him get more minutes? Sure. But for most of us, we recognize that Lin is finding comfort and chemistry in Charlotte and are happy that he is contributing to their success.

Actually, we established a few pages ago that he's not an NBA PG anymore; that's the new excuse for why he doesn't officially have the worst Ast/TO ratio in the NBA for PGs.

    Keep up, dude.

Oh, right. He's a shooting guard shooting 29% from three point range. Got it.

Both his FG% and 3pt% are lower than his career averages while "playing as a SG".

Maybe they need to play him as a PG at the SG spot to get the SG numbers out of him?

LOL. The RealGM Hornets Lin thread is good for a nice laugh if you have a few minutes. It's like clock work with these Lin fans and their idiocy and delusion.

You have the Lin fans - all rabids and lunatics

And then you have the Hornets fans who are losing patience with the Lin fans

ANd from today's game against Bucks

Thanks for the laugh! Lin nuthuggers - consistently the most idiotic and asinine fan-base in any sports. Add Hornets to the list...another team that has marginalized superstar Jeremy Lin.

...and another monstrous superstar performance by Jeremy Lin.

1-4 from the field for 7 points.

Looks like he likes the number 7. Been hitting that jackpot regularly lately.

Its a sign he has finally found a new home!
