Any of Yall feel better about lawson based on the last two games?. He had 12 pts on 4-6 shooting and 6 assist tonight vs Pelicans and obviously last night he knocked down 3 three pointers and helped us get back from a 30 point lead Pistons had on us

We easily make the playoffs even if that means the last seed. Despite our woes im sorry the rockeys have to much talent not to. The team will either get it together or major trades will happen to get the productivity we need.

Regardless with harden and howard on the roster we will make the playoffs.

Saying hands down, and typing it in all caps doesn't make it true.

For those of us that didn't watch the game, why didn't Ty Lawson play much?

He took one shot, had 4 assists and 1 turnover, and was a +12 when he was in there.

12 minutes tonight. What did you guys see out there?

He played well. Played OK on defense. But JB inexplicably played Terry over him in the second half.

Yeah this was my main qualm with JB's rotation tonight. He played 11 guys in the rotation, when the rule is generally to always keep it to 10 or under. JT, Thornton and Lawson all got backup minutes, with JT getting more than the other two.

Lawson did a solid job on D (for Ty) and got the ball moving on O, even if he didn't get the points up. Looked pretty much like he has the last few games, and we need to keep giving him the minutes to keep him in rhythm IMO.

Lawson needs more minutes, Brewer needs to be placed permanently on the bench until he gets it together or is traded.

Lawson and Thonrton deserve 15+ minutes a night each. Terry should be playing as much, even though he is playing well he is too old to sustain his play and defense for the entire season and playoffs at this level with these many minutes. On top of that we have younger players on the bench who need more minutes to get going.

    Beverley(28), Lawson(20)
    Harden(22), Thornton(18), Terry (8)
    Ariza(32), Harden(16)

He hasn't really showed enough to demand 30 minutes yet. He still isn't scoring well, is a defensice liability at times. I think he's deserving of a stable rotation of at LEAST 15 minutes a night. Let him roll with that for some games and if he keeps playing well keep increasing his role as seems fitting. Right now Bev has been playing well and is more deserving of the starting role and minutes. But either way, Lawson getting 12 minutes and under or DNP's isn't acceptable.
