WoW. I know this guy was hyped but a lot questioned how ready he was to play in the NBA. Looks to be the steal of the draft. Although the only player in the top 4 to be struggling is Russell. Haha to the lakers. Great draft for future bigmen. Towns, Oakafor, Zingis!

how you figure this nonsense? he hates on black athletes the most. i don't know how you come to the conclusion that a guy who is friends with sean hannity is racist towards non-blacks. he's aiming for that fox news money after espn gets tired of his shtick. back to 3-6. this was his motivational anthem this summer. https://instagram.com/p/3UGGQpkVN4/
This guy was fun to watch tonight. Great rim protection/shot blocker, good outside shot, and 80% at FT line.
Lakers will forever regret drafting Russell over him. Both him and KAT will be top 15 players in the league in a couple years.
I thought at the time, and still think, taking Russell over Jahlil was a huge mistake. I don't know if they factored their LMA/Love pursuit into that pick. Nothing against Russell, he should be a quality guard for years to come, but Jahlil (and now apparently Porzingis) will be all star caliber for years to come.
Was at the game tonight. They say energy and hustle is a skill, well this guy happens to have that skill, a lot of it. He was everywhere. Lazy ass Terrence Jones got burned by him over and over and over. Oh, and he also is 7'3", can jump really high, and has an outside shot. Yeah, he's gonna be real good. Honestly, the feel at the game was that he was the best player on the floor. I've heard Yao comparisons - no. I bet SportsVU data will tell us shortly that Porzingis travels a LOT of miles on the basketball court - he is moving all the damn time. Unlike Yao. Rasheed Wallace? That's the best comparison I've got for now.
