Ive always liked him. He has a certain look of hunger and he was always the first one off the bench to yell at players. Also, McHale is an idiot and deserves to retire in peace on NBA Tv pregame.

Was personally always ready to get pissed off when i heard a team hired him away or he took a head coaching gig in the NCAA. Nice to see him get a shot...however brief it may be.

I've never understood why you people thought McHale was a good public speaker. I like JB way more.

He seems a very intelligent and fluent speaker. I'm excited for him to have this opportunity and hope the players respond positively to him.

Coach Bickerstaff didn't do anything amazing to get his first victory, BUT more importantly he didn't do anything to sabotage it either!!! I'm not convinced that he is what the Rockets need to get them to the Finals, but he's taken the first step to convince me otherwise! Great win coach!!!

(P.S.) I like his demeanor and the way he communicates with the press, he certainly plays the part of a coach very well!

Tonight was a well coached night, I hope he keeps it up. I really hope the players start making shots, for gods sake any day now.

Why is everyone making a big deal of the poster who noted how intelligent JB sounded? It's in comparison to the way McHale sounded, not a general comment.
