It's easy to look good with a motivated real MVP on your team.

Not a bad idea. He could get Richard Petruska and V-Span as assistants.

Thibodeau or Krzyzewski should be our next coach.

Don't compare Scott Brooks to spolstra. Eric Spolstra is the most underrated coach around in my recent memory. Brooks would not do it. He's another version of mchale and that is not what we need. And if we hire him on the basis that he would up our chances at getting KD, that is absurd.

That was, ironically, one of the best coaching decisions I've seen in Houston Rockets playoff history.

Resist the urge to put your best player in because the current team on court is just rolling.

Kept the dream alive for 6 more games.

Get Reggie Theus. This team needs a curfew.

    Stay away from Larry Brown!

SMU needs him more than the Rockets do.

Good dark horse candidate mention in Battier- he popped into my mind too. The guy is very smart and has coach written all over him.

I think Murph has the smarts to be a coach but I'm not sure the players would respect him in the right way. He's buddy-buddy with everyone and has off-court babymamadrama like every other NBA player.

Bring in Tom Thibodeau. His first day he comes in dressed as the sadistic drill sergeant in full metal jacket. Run these mofos to the ground Thibs, instill the discipline in those practices. Go Thibs!!!!!!!

Calvin Watkins reports "Rockets owner Les Alexander tells ESPN interim coach JB Bickerstaff will coach the rest of the season then be evaluated once it's over." So Bickerstaff IS the next Rockets head coach.
