Thanks for your time here, McHale. Last season was both ugly and beautiful, but will be remembered fondly. With that said, I'm looking forward to the next chapter. 10 game win streak incoming.
Seems like a great guy and he's had enough success here that he should be able to get another coaching job if that's what he wants. Has been through a lot recently so well wishes to him.
I hope things go well for you in the future, Coach McHale. Thanks for the trip to the Western Conference Finals. It had been a very long time since the last one. Say hello to Don Chaney if you see him.
I will miss Coach McHale, despite his faults. He's a great guy and true NBA legend who has faced more than his share of family tragedies. I wish him the best
I'm still a fan of McHale. For whatever reason, the players (starting with Harden) decided to quit on him this season. Odd that this coms right after the players only meeting. I appreciate everything you did for us Kevin, and do not think you deserved to go like this!
Look I wished it work. We played old school basketball. Get the ball to your best player, let him put the team on his shoulders and win games for you. Make him earn that contract. But that style just doesn't get it done anymore.
Fk ya negative nancies, thank you coach for taking that team last year as far as it possibly could. Giving guys like Parsons, Dragic a shot.
I was very against the hiring of McHale and as a transplanted Houstonian living in Minnesota felt he did a very bad job with the T-Wolves. I gladly ate crow when the Rox went to the WCF last year and had backed off a lot of my criticism. Knowing he's been through a lot personally recently, including the death of his good friend Flip Saunders, I'm guessing he was having a hard time devoting his all to coaching. Maybe the Rockets management sensed that and rather than just continue to wallow felt it was best to make a clean break. Still wishing him the best and if he ends up back on the T-Wolves as coach or GM will root for him.
Dear Kevin, You drove me absolutely insane, but you won a bigger percentage of games than guys who drove me less insane. I'm glad you are leaving, but will miss you. Cheers to your next step, and thanks for presiding over a lot of winning Rockets basketball.

I agree. I think most ppl wouldn't relish in someone losing their job under normal circumstances, but Mchale wasn't right for this team and he will still get paid nicely. Coaching aside he's a good guy and I wish him well.
