Yeah, they quickly turned down Murph's mike when he started in with a fan behind him. The fan appartenly made a comment about Philly losing to a bad team and Calvin took exception. I didn't quite catch it verbatim, but I think he told the guy he must be an ice hockey fan or something. Then, he and Bill were talking about it and Calvin said something to the effect of "He said they were losing to a bad team, Bill, and that got me riled up. I'll be boxing here in a minute." I cracked up. That fan probably doesn't know how close he came to a famous Calvin Murphy ass-whippin'. ------------------
Did anyone catch the banter going on b/t Francis, Calvin, and Bill on League Pass after the game? Francis was sitting b/t them for the postgame interview, and they didn't cut to the commercial. The guys didn't know they were on camera to the satellite viewers. League Pass does this sometimes. They were just sitting there talking for about 3-5 minutes. Pretty cool.
