M235 is nice but with a few option almost $50. It's also a midget mobile. If OP has funds to pay 50 for an m235 I would just get an m2 or the 435 with minimum options

    2013 Infiniti M37/Q50
    2012 Lexus ES350

    Buy both used

Pay for hand car washes twice a month.

Keep the car until you make 6 figures, then get a S-Class.

    Yep.

Once you start making 100k, buy a 95k car.

May want to drive as an uber driver on the weekends though.

2016 Civic. Pay it off in a few years and save up for your baller status ride. Keep the civic as a work/grocery getter vehicle and you can enjoy your BMW/Lexus/Benz on the weekends.

Before you purchase any vehicle or do any research, test drive them first. Waste of time doing tons of research only to find out the vehicles drives like crap.

Lol at the troll comments on which car is trash or not.

Most people who look at the CLA love how it looks from the inside and out. It's sporty in the way it handles and brakes for its low power, but fuel-efficient 2.0L engine with 26 city and 38 highway. It's a "real benz". People said the same elitist shet about the c class when it came out. Very rich people drive all kinds of cars.

I also like the old Acura TL SH-AWDs. You can buy them for about $20k used. Very balanced midsize luxury sedan with a sport edge.

    i would lease

however, I wouldn't recommend you lease. you have to do a lot of research because the way it sounds you will get fleeced.

anyways perhaps MB, just try and get a maint. package. or bmw. look for an online sponsor if you go bmw route and get ED.

The CLA is fwd. If you are willing to spend money on a merc, BMW etc at least get rwd. Fwd just screams econ box.

    This.

If you think buying an Acura or BMW is being well-off...then you are not well-off.

Buying or lease depends on 2 things:
    1. Brand of car
    2. How long you want to keep it (which depends on #1)

Buying a lexus? You can keep it for 10 years easily.. so buy
BMW? Forget about keeping it after the warranty is over? so lease.

Leasing is great if you always want to have a car payment.

    I make over 100k but I drive a 25k car.

Does that mean I don't have status? Should I upgrade to Bentley?

    Or AWD..

Exactly.. I bought my Mercedes because one, they hold their resale value, and two I don't want to pay a car payment for ever. He can always trade it in 3-4 years later also. With a lease you are limited to miles you can drive and other ****. I hate limitations on something I am paying for.

The CLA looks like the designers drew up a hatchback but pulled out in the final stages.
