I think the Warriors stole the Rockets mojo since the West Finals. Ever since the Rockets seem to play and just don't care anymore.

And he's always pointing the finger at everyone else instead of himself. He's the cause of most of the defensive lapses (along with Lawson) and has the most turnovers but it's always someone else's fault.

Exactly. Especially against a Dallas team that is missing its 3 best scorers and playing its 4th game in 5 nights.

One run is all it takes to turn this into a game again. If the Rockets can get within 10 points, the Mavs will collapse like a house of cards.

McHale needs to be benched.

 

The Rockets needs to protect the rim better. Harden can't let his man just go by him. He needs to square up and move his feet and keep his man in front at all costs. If the refs make a bad call McHale needs to give the refs an earful. Whatever it takes.

Also Harden is playing timid in transition. He needs to attack instead of pass it off so early.

Also the Rockets need to box out and crash the defensive glass! Can't get off to the races if you can't get the rebound!

 

Say what you want about Thibs but his Bulls team fought to the death every single night

Between Harden and Lin, I always hold the opinion that Harden was actually the worse defensive player of the two but was less of a target in the media because he makes it up on the offensive end. Lin is just not quick laterally, which makes it hard for him to stay infront of his opponent. But he gives a lot of effort, and positions himself right. Harden, on the otherhand, has always been just lazy without the balls. It's been a common theme that Harden gets abuse dby no namers regularly. Remember Austin Rivers?
