Kareem Jackson won't play vs. CIN, per O'Brien. Ryan Griffin and Cecil Shorts III returned to practice today. Griffin was on short-term IR with knee sprain. O'Brien isn't sure where Clowney is at right now as far as his status vs. CIN. Jadeveon Clowney and Kareem Jackson weren't practicing today.
