I think Lebron has always wanted to win that badly. He just hadn't reached a point in his career where he had learned how. And let's face it, with that Cavs team it wasn't going to happen. Harden may not have learned how yet either but he already has a good enough supporting cast to do it (I think) with the correct direction. I'm still not entirely sold on McHale being a good developer. Honestly at the level we're talking about in the NBA it's damn near impossible for someone to lollygag and still be this good. Talent can only take you so far before a poor work ethic, bad habits and sometimes stupidity will be your downfall.
There is no proof. OP is falling for media driven narratives and recency bias. The 3 game slump and not completely dominating a historically good team proves for OP that everything he suspected (that the mainstream sports media wanted him to suspect) was true. James Harden isn't elite, he's fools gold, he doesn't REALLY care about winning. If he did then he wouldn't be out partying all the time... and OP knows he's out partying all the time because TMZ/blacksportsonline/insertcelebrityclickbaitsitehere tells him so.
Oh also... where's KD's ring? Why hasn't he led his team to a championship? He's had good teams. Does KD = Melo too?
Your petulance is entertaining  but your ignorance is frightening. That you ever thought LeBron's game was more Jordan than Magic speaks volumes. That you believe Jordan was the opposite of a hard partying athlete is even more laughable. Then you make the ridiculously slanted proposition that anything less than a championship means that Harden isn't dedicated to winning. As if NBA championships have ever been the product of a single player's desire.
