    lol FB.

I have read many accounts of the Pristina episode, and none of them jibe with what Major just posted. Why would anyone consider Clark's version to be the final say on this subject?

Clark was not like by his fellow NATO commanders, nor was he well liked by the upper tier of the US military, because of the way Clark played disingenuous "office politics". When Clark retired, many prominent US generals boycotted his retirement ceremony because of Clark's backstabbing political personality.

His MO is well documented, and I will read Clark's autobiography through the proper filter.

I wasn't saying he was well liked, or any of that. The part that was the hardest for me to believe was that he ordered an attack on Russian troops.

That sounded like an exaggeration and from his personal account it was.

I did not mean to give the impression that he ordered an attack on Russian troops. He ordered a confrontation.

One thing that Democrats are completely overlooking is that Clark is on record saying the Saddam had WMD, and probably smuggled them out to Syria.

If Clark is the Democrat nominee, and WMD are never found, then Clark's own statements take the WMD issue off the table for the next election. If the economy improves, then Clark as a candidate is DOA, imo.

What WMD issue? For the last six months, you've done nothing but rant and rave that there is no WMD issue, either because WMD's have been found, will be found, or doesn't make a differnence if they were found, or whatever flimsy ground you were in the mood to choose that day.

So why does it matter? Is somebody feeling vulnerable? The lengths to which you go to discredit Clark make him seem like a stronger and stronger candidate with every post.

we are talking about Lou Dobbs

who watches Lou Dobbs? I watch all the News fit to watch and a lot that isn't. but I don't watch him. I'm sure he was great back in the 1950s, but his old pomposity simply does hold up to Neil Cavuto's young pomposity.

business news people are all idiots, anyway. Captains of the Obvious, they know not what they speak of. Modern day tea leaf readers, and about as accurate.

lol Sam, you lying little gnat.

I have NEVER wavered from my original position concerning WMD.

If no WMD are found, we all know that Democrat nominee for President will make it the cornerstone of his/her campaign. If Clark is the candidate though, the matter is off the table, because Clark agrees with the Bush administration in this matter.
It matters hugely to Republicans to maintain credibility with undecided voters, moderate voters, and European allies. It matters hugely with Democrats because it will probably be their best weapon.

I know you realize this though, and once again you show how disingenuous you are when you come to this BBS.

If I had time, and the search function worked, juan, I could create a multi-volume chronicle of your idiocy. But I don't and it doesn't.

    Keep working on it.
