I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not which is a little sad and says a lot about the current state of conservative politics. These last 5-6 years were probably the least effective congresses in terms of bills passed in the history of politics.

Their coverage of Hilary has been ridiculous, but it goes both ways with establishment candidates. I do find it odd however, that given this trend of establishment favoritism, so much of the focus has been on Trump and Carson. There must be an underlying explanation to it that exceeds just the superficial "they say crazy ****, and have crazy viewpoints so we gotta cover them since they're rising in the polls with said crazy ****".

The right wing built up Benghazi to be Watergate plus Mission Accomplished despite the fact that we knew otherwise. They even got some buy in from TV news and the New York Times email obsession. Combine this with fake narrative of a reeling Hillary being taken down by Biden that Fox alternate reality machine built up and boom- when it all fades away, you get Hilary playing Lucy and taking away the football while the turd machine mechanics tumble into the dirt. This is what happens when the other party builds up a faux scandal and then the whole thing spectacularly falls apart when the media realizes they were played by just a bunch of partisan nonsense. The real story is that the last 2 years of coverage of Hillary and her "scandal" were all fraudulent.
