i miss the play action with receivers and TEs streaking wide open. Kyle shanahan , whatcha doin? this was one of the worst texans game ever. too many of those as of late.
When you are down by 41 points before halftime to another mediocre team... I don't care what the talent disparity is, that's a SERIOUS coaching issue.
We are 1-1 in the division with another division game next week. We need to move on to Tennessee get back to work get back to the grind. What a pathetic damn coach
Why? So they can make the playoffs at 7-9 and get blown out in the first round? That won't help the lack of talent on this team.
No that was what coach was saying after the game. Those are not my own thoughts or opinions hell no I want to tank lol
Weak schedule and uncharacteristically high takeaways last year which was probably due to luck and playing bad QBs every week. The team was better but not that much better.
Last season they faced a gauntlet of rookie and backup QB's and had a healthy Foster... And dare I say, they had better QB play with Fitzpatrick Fitzpatrick has been the best QB O'Brien has put on the field... Lol.
It hasn't exactly be a QBing gauntlet so far this year: Alex Smith, Jamis Winston, Matt Hasselback on his death bed, Blake Bortles and Ryan Tannenhill...

Smith and Hasselbeck are still experienced and have had success. You only named one rookie out of the young guys and Lovie is doing a horrible job and everyone scores on the Jags defense (two teams that need to fire their coaching staff as well).

Probably. Both have to go. Our next coach needs to coach and our next GM has to be in charge of the roster. If you just get rid of Rick, then you still have OB in charge of the roster. And he's proven to be worse than Kubes in that department. If you just get rid of OB, then do you give Rick control of the roster when he hasn't had that responsibility before? Or do you bring in another coach who has control of the roster like Kubes and OB did/does? Not that I want to try it, but I don't know if you can take away OB's control of the roster (it's in his contract) and give it to a new GM. Best solution is to just replace both.
