http://youtu.be/oTMCPlu4auA I'll tell you what. If that is the real dmorey that suggested that, this could be a sneaky get. Hell at least be what josh smith was as far as what I see. Hopefully a better FT shooter
Nobody With our extremely tight cap situation we can't waste money on anybody. If a desperate need arises then we pick somebody up. No point in signing somebody now we may just have to waive.
It's not that I don't agree with you. But I think we need some insurance. We don't know how fit Dwight is. Then there is Dmo. To be expecting the trio of Capela, Jones and Harrell to hold down the big man rotation for an extended period of time is a big ask. I am liking Capela and I don't think he is an issue, but he's going to need someone behind him when Dwight sits. No reason we can't sign somebody to a partially guaranteed deal from the list above, IMO.
Acquiring another 4/5 is not a luxury right now, it is a necessity. Until Dwight and D-Mo are 100% anyway.
Boozer. Defensive rebounding, post IQ on offense & FT%. We need all those things. There's a role for him here.
I actually think "Big Dick" Johnson is a better defensive player than Beverley at this point after his knee injury
Larry Sanders if I must pick someone from the list, only for the fact that signing him would mean that it was a mutual agreement that he's willing to play basketball again. He has the most upside of those listed
I agree with you 100%. Chuck Hayes sucks. Carlos Boozer would be my choice and is still very serviceable.
Joel Freeland, Antic, Faverani, Justin Hamilton, Blatche, Dalembert, Sanders, Boozer, Evens Are all bigs who I'd be happy with signing. O'Neal and Okafor would be worth a look if they haven't decided to retire. We do need another big, Howard will sit out 20 games even if perfectly healthy, Dmo is coming off a back surgery, we have a big hole with those 2 out for a decent amount of games.
Whoever it is isn't gonna play so I what I want most is a locker room guy and good teacher, a big man who CEOs what JET does. That mean chuck wagon
