If you take out their first 3 seasons due to them being expansion years then yes. 2005 and 2013.

2010 was the only questionable year where Kubiak could have been fired.

You know it's bad when fans think the team is better off dying in a plane crash.

Glad we kept Rick Smith over Kubiak.

    Brilliant owner move.

Anyway we can convince the team to move to LA... I'd rather have the raiders or rams here

First season was bad, but they were an expansion team. They improved every year until year 4 when they went 2-14. Capers was fired.

Kubes comes in, team improves. Has their first non-losing season, then their first winning season. They went 6-10 in 2010. Kubes wasn't fired but we went to the playoffs the next 2 years which justifies the decision not to fire him. Then we go 2-14 and Kubes gets the boot.

I argue that our two coaches were fired at exactly the right time, when the team significantly regressed. When else should we have reasonably fired our coach? The only other time you could rationally argue would've been the 6-10 season but like I said, we went to the playoffs twice immediately afterwards so it was actually a good call.

While there have been disappointments, we've only had two seasons where the team has been really, really bad and they'd significantly regressed. And the coaches were immediately fired both times.

I'm actually very confident that unless OB somehow saves this sinking ship (doesn't seem likely), McNair will fire him. Rick Smith may be a different matter, but I think OB is gone.

I can't see Rick coming back if BOB quits or gets fired. McNair has given too much power to both Kubiak and BOB that he'll probably switch to a more Casserly/Capers type of dynamic with the GM having more influence on putting together the team.

Kubiak went 2-14 because Schaub fell apart. That same team went 9-7 the next year with Fitz.

It wasn't Kubiaks decision to extend Schaub after the broken foot, it was Rick's and McNair's

Why the hell was Fitz let go if they weren't going to get a legit QB? They really thought Mallett and Hoyer were better? Lol

He needs to blow the entire organization up, starting with retiring himself and letting Cal take over. Then, get rid of everyone from Rick on down.

McNair needs to adopt a Kraft or Rooney child, then retire and hand over the keys to that guy or gal.
