Oh yeah ... I didn't give him a chance to start implying I think McHale or Scott was a racist. Damn. Or Kobe and Harden impeded Lin's growth. Chill. It was fun while it lasted. Came here for my laughs and I'm done. Will continue to support the Rockets. Because Tinman/FTW Rockets FTW and other posters here has no impact on my love for the team. And yes, Morey is the best GM (ok, maybe Buford is better overall and Presti is a better top of the lottery drafter). Out.

Beverley is another Kidd-Gilchrist. He is too injury prone. He's a tenacious defender who can't seem to play in anything but 5th gear; but because the body has limits, he is going to get injured sooner or later (and miss the playoffs again). Were Bev, on the other hand, to play in a lower gear and not defend so aggressively...then he becomes a net negative on the court because he can't playmake or really create his own shot (and his 3 pointer is so so). That being said, I don't think that we should get rid of Beverley.
Agreed. If Tinman read my previous posts in the actual GARM. I said Beverley should stay because he's a great fit. And Lawson may not be around in a year's time or may not have his head on right throughout the season due to past troubles, so it's risky to let Beverley go in a trade. But hey, for people that only read the Lin as a Hornet Thread (hmmm ... Tinman), they think I'm anti Beverley. Lol.
And don't ask me to regurgitate the good things I've said about Harden (in the GARM). Because everybody knows Harden was the real MVP last year. Tinman ... please go to the GARM. Preseason DOES matter...and Charlotte is going to win the preseason championship trophy tonight. They are going to make tee-shirts, maybe have a parade. Please don't bring Bev into this thread. He's been horrible since argh. Just weird how he's fallen off. Lin is going to be Lin. Let see if he actually play with some consistency over a stretch. Remember, in his last season with the Rockets, he came out firing on all cylinder. There was even a 50/40/90 thread on him after 10 or so games. We all know what happen afterward. Hornet got a great value even if he play like he did in his last outing with Houston.

Lin sucked for the playoffs as a rocket. Its pure and simple. Look at the results and aftermath. They sent lin to the lakers with a draft pick. Then the lakers realized he sucked . Kobe doesn't want him. They draft a point guard when the best player available was a big. They don't even want to resign lin. The knicks don't want him. Now it's Charlotte . That's a pretty damn insensitive comment. I understand you're getting frustrated with all these attacks on you and these drones of fans supporting their one true god but still, you don't need to stoop to this dribble to prove your point. I enjoy what you post tinman - I also appreciate your passion - but Lin and Rockets have been a year removed. The Rockets have different priorities with success and people are enjoying the fact that Lin doesn't look like a scrub out there. This is a thread for Lin fans and Lin detractors - so let's keep the topic on him and avoid anything else that's unnecessary.
