    you're saying rockets already knew that DMO needed surgery but went ahead and asked him to work his a** off on a space-age threadmill to deceive fans?

    Here's hoping that Harden's knee turns out to be no big deal and that it's the ONLY instance worth mentioning (because it's James) of the "i" word this season. After last season, we deserve some luck with this stuff. I may have to search for a witch doctor to work some mojo on the Rockets' behalf. Anyone know a guy?

    Christ almighty, I didn't say that. I'm just saying the Rockets front office is tightlipped about players' injuries and not always forthcoming.
