... that this game would bring back the fans. Now I'm not challenging anyone of you here not going to the game, and I don't want to be challenged the same thing because of poverty . I recall someone was posting here saying that good games would bring back the attendence. I hope here it is. OK! I know one game doesn't mean much, but give the Rockets a chance to reclaim themselves. I pray and pray and pray ... ... and I'll go to the home game vs. Washington on the 13th. Go Rockets! ------------------
Most people can't just shell out cash for tickets like that on a whim. Except for die-hard Rockets fans (who are there whenever possible, anyway) most people have to plan to go to a game. That means finding a good day, etc. If the Rockets make the playoffs, I think that might help some. ------------------
Did anyone else notice the difference that having the crowd in the game made? The players were much more energetic defensively, and Dream was able to re-capture some of the old magic. I'm not saying he played the way he did because of the crowd, but it couldn't have hurt. That was the loudest I've heard the Laptop, at least from TV. ------------------ Jazzkiller
The Miami and Clipper game showed why the fans are not interested in the Rockets. Tonites game showed the Rockets deserve better then what they are attracting at home. If they play like they did today more often I gurantee more fans will show up. If they are able to put together a decent home winning streak more fans will show up. However I wont blame the fans for not showing up if they lay down any more eggs like they did against Heat and Clips. ------------------ SUCK POLICE!!!!!!
