I don't agree either. This team is very good, look at our rotation!!!!!! We've played average to below average for 3 1/2 month now, with a very good team, MAYBE BEST ROTATION IN THE AL? Why????? When was the last time you saw a hit and run? Tonight he was doing good with match ups, until he brought Qualls, and then Harris???? Are you joking? Really???? Even when he is making some good moves, then he just screws everything, it all started with the Marisnick move. Bannister has not made an error, and our manager, well, he has been out managed in this series.
Still don't like pinch hitting Marisnick for Tucker in the 8th. If we were down to our last out ala the Angels game, or if were at home trying to end it in the 8th ok, but in a tight ball game, in a big yard, and with the throws Rasmus was showing I don't understand removing Marisnick who has been our best hitter in the OF in the past 30 games

Forget about defense for a second (as Marisnick, while likely making a better throw, was also unlikely to throw out Stubbs on that sac fly).... pound for pound, who would you rather have up in a tie game against a right-handed pitcher? Tucker or Marisnick? You weren't asking Tucker to hit a HR (even though that's been his MO pinch-hitting as of late)... you're asking him to do something in front of Springer/Altuve/Correa.
Very good observation, in las 30 games his average is .267 with a slugging of .533. And you know the funny thing? He hits better vs righties and Hinch pinch hit with a righty coming. You know one thing? Bannister knows our team more than our manager. Last night, he brought a lefty (yes, a forum member laughed at me for saying this) to fact Conger, Valbuena and Marisnick, yes, Marisnick. Once Marisnick bat, he brought Kela, the righty to face Springer. Why did he allowed the lefty to face Marisnick? Because Bannister knows he hits righties better. Our manager does the opposite. Really, i am tired of Hinch, he is AWFUL, when the other manager knows your team better than you, man, we are is trouble. Playoffs????????? With Hinch at the helm????????
I give up on this team. They make me want to break my television every time I watch them. If McHugh couldn't get it done, what makes you think Keuchel will do any better? NO MORE PLAYOFFS!!! THEY BLEW IT!!!
