The playing field is pretty even and now it really just a matter or preference.

I use Safari on Mac and Firefox on Windows.

I am still using Mosaic. Why change?

Seriously I use Chrome and FireFox on occasion.

    Haha, what?

Jesus. You're way off on this. Try again. You don't seem to know a lot about Chrome. Educate yourself more about it.

Note taking feature on Edge is pretty nifty. Is there any thing like it on the Chrome? Thanks

It started out as lean and mean, but they keep adding bloat.

    Built in AOL browser.

In second place is Chrome. Useful add-ons, i don't need to install flash, built in language translations, etc.

I tried to stick with Edge on my Windows VM but ended up switching to Chrome as well. The note thing is nice but the other shortcomings ended it for me.

I don't do too too much on my Browsers so Chrome works well
I watch a bunch of videos. . .and surf simple sites
no development or anything like that

Every browser I've tried seems to show the BBS just fine, so I don't really have a preference.

Like this feature very much. Hope Chrome adds this. But if you are on Win10, the new MS Snip tool would do the job and more.

Ad-block is what keeps me using Chrome.

WTH is wrong with all of you????????

Chrome has a well-deserved reputation for glomming on to and gobbling up any available memory, and our benchmarks prove it. But it’s stable, extensible, performs well, integrates into other services, and reveals its depths and complexity only if you actively seek it out. For that reason, Google Chrome remains our browser of choice, with Opera just behind.

This is my opinion as well.

    Chrome > Opera > FF

That being said, they're all really damn good.

It's too bad Opera switched to webkit.

Makes it as hipster as using Safari...
