If the wireless mouse USB dongle is plugged into the PC and I boot the PC to START or REBOOT ... the PC would boot to the black DOS screen and goes into loop of rebooting but never reaches the Windows screen. I have been booting up the PC without the USB dongle and plugging it in once it gets to the Windows desktop for use. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
